Today, as businesses large and small to medium sized, public and private, global and local totally focus on business growth, one can’t help but recognise a significant reality which may well go overlooked. So yes, sometimes the very best corporate leaders may well not possess the capacity to live up to their full capability, and for any company, that represents not just a missed opportunity but cause for worry about management retention.

It’s been said that every person has their breaking point. Employers would be wise to appreciate now that too many executives are simply too close to the edge.
