As a business owner, your company can be all consuming and when personal matters begin to cross paths with business, it can lead to an impact on your product, employees and customers. Separating the two is a critical factor for your success personally as well as professionally.

Many times when a new business is launching entrepreneurs need all hands on deck including their aunts, uncles, brothers, sisters, friends, cousins of friends, etc. This sometimes can lead to a feeling of support from all your loved ones but it can also lead to hard feelings when you treat your family as employees.
