The above points are neglected only when you are programmed to make money and nothing more. Focusing on money only makes you a go-getter, and every go-getter is a selfish business person. As a selfish entrepreneur, a go-getter always wants to grab from his/her customers and, giving less. A go-getter always has a ONE WAY line of thinking: I must always milk money from my customers and get richer and richer!
